I must be honest and say that I lagged like crazy in the last 2 months.goal fitness am excuses.I was still human, guess.But want to change that.I need to change that, and I have another reason to get in shape too because my brother is getting married in January and I want to wear a beautiful dress and I adapted it to be fit for it. I learned the hard way that focuses on my weight make me hate myself.So from tomorrow, my goal is to eat in controlled amounts and weight goals workout goal fitness .Instead I put those fitness goals well and I think that many of you might be interested in what well goal setting fitness.So here:
Training for 5/7 days a week for a month in a row
This is a very realistic for me because I go to college every day and if there is no good time to bond and this will make things easier for me goal fitness .I objective could even try to invade and also training on Saturday goal setting fitness.

It's be great toughie because I have the strength of the upper body from scratch and has never been able to make at least one individual push ups. But there is no time like today to try?

I was pretty sedentary since January and even up and down the stairs has become a difficult thing for me.goal fitness I do not want to be old before my time goal setting fitness.So, I will try to climb the stairs all day too often as possible.
Break a bad habit or make a new healthy habit each month and stick to it
I read everywhere that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit.goal fitness I I'll be trying to break a bad habit of saying no over and over again,goal setting fitness or try to make a new good habit not to forget the do it again and again.goal fitness This month, I think I'll learn how to use half of what I usually well learn to control my pieces serve.
